Flexible Engagement
The Master Services Agreement (MSA) forms the foundation of our commercial relationship, setting out the general legal, commercial, and operational terms that apply to all engagements. Each project is then defined through a Statement of Work (SOW), which describes the agreed objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, schedule, and fees for that specific piece of work. Together, they provide a consistent framework that enables future projects to be initiated quickly while ensuring each engagement remains clearly defined and tailored to our client's needs.

The continuity you need when you need it
Not every programme progresses at a constant pace. Demonstration windows move, procurement timelines shift, funding approvals take time, and priorities can change unexpectedly. Our optional Continuity Retainer allows you to address this uncertainty, by maintaining priority access to NEXSystems during these periods without commissioning unnecessary work. It secures engineering availability so that when you're ready to move forward, we're ready to move with you. That’s scheduling confidence. Where subsequent work is commissioned under a Statement of Work, the retainer contributes toward the cost of that engagement, ensuring you continue to receive value throughout the relationship.
